I’m a co-contributor – author of Contagious Optimism and we did a radio show about this!  http://www.blogtalkradio.com/eileen-lichtenstein/2013/06/24/soar-with-resilience-contagious-optimism

Contagious Optimism (publisher: Viva Editions) is an uplifting book series that helps people look past the tough times they may be experiencing and instead see that there is always something positive ahead of them. We call this “Positive Forward Thinking.” The goal is to help people feel good about themselves and their future regardless of how things are in the present.

I revisited this quote recently, and came up with Change Mindset for Change Timeset.  If you are time challenged it really helps to change your mindset.   Really…

So, taking one thing at a time, and trust that your bigger picture still is viable.  You know what you have to do; when you are time challenged it causes stress and wastes time.

It’s  easy to wrap your mind around change mindset for change timeset ; at least that’s what I think.

Maybe it’s time to cross things off that list tackling one at a time (and stop procrastinating) one step at a time and not multi- tasking.  I am hearing and reading that even though some of us love to do that it usually backfires.

Perhaps some things on the list can be tossed if time is an issue.  Remember, “Time, time, time  is on your side.” – The Rolling Stones
