Do you have enough fun and play?

I’m not talking about video games- or sex.  When you play tennis, golf, scrabble, bike, walk, ball, surf are you having fun?  Are you smiling and laughing along with laser focus or perhaps no thoughts at all?

Give yourself permission to have fun.  It’s healthy, and well, yeah, fun!

Access your inner child and see what happens!   Being happier is always an asset.

Do you know what frees you?  It’s dancing for me.  I’ve come to peace with physical modifications for myself in dancing and exercising.   Additionally, I’ve placed the concept of “dancing” into an intellectual-emotional realm of possibility: creativity for the soul. I encourage you to take time to pursue your fun passion and create new possibilities.

There is no such thing as having “life balance”  or “work-life balance” all the time.

There are, however, individual tolerations if the balance is tipped too far.

Be smart- stay in balance most of the time!  This will keep you healthy and less stressed.

Fears can only increase your insecurities::when you release fear you release insecurities. Since fear tends to stem from emotional or mental projections, shifting your attention to the present and grounding yourself in your body might be the quickest and healthiest way to focus your attention in the moment. Going for a run, a bike ride, or taking a yoga class can center you and get you focused on what you are doing right now. Let go of your fears today, and all your worries about the future will dissipate. EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) modality can help this happen quickly without going anywhere :).

By bringing our attention to the present moment, we can release ourselves from mind-based fears. Our fears exist in our heads-we tend to be afraid of what could, but may not, happen. Fears are based on possibility, not actuality. And if what we are afraid of ever does come to pass, it is usually never as frightening or unbearable as we imagined. Staying focused in the present moment allows us to let go of our fears. We decrease the chances of our fears happening because we are no longer feeding them by paying attention to them. Release yourself from your fears by focusing on what is happening to you right now, and you will free yourself today from apprehension and enjoy a more secure reality.
