62 degree weather in November in Long Island, NY today~  not working  and promised to do something good-fun with Steve. Perfect~we went kayaking in Hewlett Bay-
And, there was an amazing duck-geese in flight display- they were going back and across in what seemed hundreds-thousands? beautiful and surreal patterns, layering each other into 3 dimensional screens- I wonder if they fly south anymore- are confused by the weather and/or fed too well in the many ponds and canals in the area..

Living in Long Island, New York in summer is a gift. Nature is in our backyards, the parks and along the shores. “Look at every path closely and deliberately, then ask ourselves this crucial question: Does this path have a heart? If it does, then the path is good. If it doesn’t, it is of no use.”
-Carlos Castaneda

Interesting/ Of course, the definition of “heart” is individual perception.

“We have to start teaching ourselves not to be afraid.”
—William Faulkner
It takes work to overcome fear. The first step is acknowledgment that one want to do it!
I have found EFT, meridian tapping, to be extremely helpful in overcoming fear- even phobias!
