Yes and yes! Absolutely, especially if you’ve opened this, which means you’re motivated.  However, more than motivation is necessary to be successful.  Commitment is needed.. Groups are forming now in Baldwin, Long Island that will address these issues and more.  I’m also facilitating several local venues this week http://www.balanceandpower.com/events.php. I coach individuals on the phone or face to face in Baldwin.  If you’re looking for teleseminars stay tuned!

Here are some tried and true strategies to be more focused and fearless:

  • Take time to review priorities daily, keeping “the big picture” in mind.
  • Take time to relax and have fun daily.
  • Take time to exercise several times a week.
  • Take time to meditate and/or practice moving meditation such as yoga.
  • Take time to discuss and brainstorm ideas; perhaps journal.
  • Take time to get enough sleep and to eat properly.
  • Learn and practice EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques, tapping)

When I see this on a menu i let go of all healthy eating habits and order!
A few times, when I debated and didn’t, I regretted. Surely, if I had tapped on it, I would have bypassed eating them. I knew that was a possibility… maybe next time!

hiccups…

I was having a fab time at a bd party (a friend I know from 2nd grade~ her 60th~ and got the hiccups..OMG! I haven’t had that in years and her mom had all these remedies for us when we were kids sitting around the kitchen table: drink water from the oppposite side of the glass was the big one~ so of course, I tried that for old times sake, knowing it wasn’t going to work- meandered into another room into a conversation about cravings (dessert was being served) and jumped right in about EFT for that- she noticed my hiccups and said, why don’t you try EFT on that? …of course!! so I did, full out, right there in front of strangers eating dessert and my hiccups stopped!!!
