Perhaps circumstances (some beyond your control) have interfered with your work and/or family life and it’s time for a personal/professional regroup. Acknowledging your strengths, passions, beliefs and values can help in redefining-refining your purpose(s). Paying attention to “signs” throughout your day, dreams and asking for clarification in daily meditation is extremely helpful. Considering what “calls” to you and interests, including “hobbies” that have held your attention is advised by experts.
Having worked as a life-career coach for many years, I have seen client evidence of success by “paying attention” and choosing wisely. Retired now, due to unforeseen circumstances, I follow my own advice with gratefully meditating each morning and with shorter intervals throughout the day.
