Often we get an “inkling” of a great change to implement ourselves or perhaps influence another to make… It’s important to implement action, sooner than later, not to linger, waiting for the “best time” or it may slip away…when we find ourselves doubting the original “call to action”. Recognizing and specifying doubt can be useful in implementing the original idea while making creative changes. Sometimes change that has been lingering in “back of mind” moves to forefront while meditating or exercising! If immediate action is not possible, write it down to help recollection with possible action steps and get back to the meditation and/or exercise. 😊
