Taking time to think about what it is you need to communicate effectively may take longer than you want it to! Timing, active listening and personal clarity each take a large role in the process and the outcome. Keeping the other “engaged” in the topic after figuring out when to broach it is crucial. Usually introspection and stress reducing techniques self directed to the question is optimal. I find early morning – when possible- is the best time to do this.
Staying well and prioritizing are often challenging and are necessary before speaking up and communicating assertively. Meditation, EFT and Havening all help.
