Be Resilient!

I hope that you, reader of this blog are doing well, are happy (most of the time:)), successful in reaching personal and professional goals and are healthy! Those in the US have a wonderful Holiday celebration!!!

Here are a few thoughts re staying happy and well:

  1. Take time in the morning to meditate and (I recommend!) do EFT and Havening.

2. Listen carefully before responding; walk away or say nothing if the response is angry…

3. Never exhibit “road rage” – no matter what!

4. Take time away – vacation or staycation. No devices if possible…
