We all procrastinate – at times. No need to be a perfectionist, either. Sometimes procrastination is caused by perfectionism – if it’s doable and makes sense – “just do it”!
Incomplete tasks consume the energy of your attention and gnaw at your conscience, taking some personal power every time you delay. No need to be a perfectionist, that’s debilitating in an imperfect world, but it’s good to be a ‘completionist.’ If you start it, finish it…or forget it.
Procrastination is always based on one or more of these fears:
Fear of failure
Fear of being judged
Fear of success
Fear of being controlled
I’ve guided many clients from procrastination to completion with EFT tapping combined with life/career coaching. Find out more and register for one of my online trainings February 27:
