Anyone who works or has responsibilities outside of family can relate to this post. When a close family member becomes ill; it is sometimes difficult to even think about shifting work #priorities. Often family members show there “true colors” when they do this – or do not. It can be challenging – cancelling and reprioritizing appointments and other work related.
Additionally, it may be challenging as a #caregiver or helping family member to be as #patient, #tolerant and smile as much as possible. I have found that #EFT Emotional Freedom Techniques/tapping and #meditation in the morning and evening helps me do this. And, remember be #GRATEFUL!!!
