Everyone everywhere now is feeling the vibrational chaos if not personally emersed in it due to being in a location that is physically chaotic.  The only way to go about daily routines -relationships – family – business – school is to maintain inner calm which can happen by pausing throughout the day to affirm inner calm which is always there and ready-waiting to be accessed.  Affirm your core values.  Surround yourself by like minded people.  Eliminate chores and tasks that are not moving you forward.
