Take one thing at a time; multitasking usually backfires.
When you are time challenged it causes stress and wastes time.
It’s easy to wrap your mind around change mindset for shift; at least that’s what I think.
Maybe it’s time to cross things off that list tackling one at a time, and stop multi- tasking. I am aware (via scientific research) that even though some of us love to do that it usually backfires.
And stop procrastinating one step at a time..
