So, taking one thing at a time, and trust that your bigger picture still is viable. You know what you have to do; when you are time challenged it causes stress and wastes time.
It’s easy to wrap your mind around change mindset for change timeset ; at least that’s what I think.
Maybe it’s time to cross things off that list tackling one at a time (and stop procrastinating) one step at a time and not multi- tasking. I am hearing and reading that even though some of us love to do that it usually backfires.
Perhaps some things on the list can be tossed if time is an issue. Remember, “Time, time, time is on your side.” – The Rolling Stones
