Do you “walk your talk”? Being authentic and in alignment with your core values is the most important thing to strive for- when that happens everything else comes into place in a positive way~
How do you walk your talk? I create balance in my life by meditating, doing my best at being non-judgmental (not easy- and doable with practice..) and walking on the beach or boardwalk locally and going to the gym as often as possible. These “doings” serve me well- and help me to be positive through adversity.
