Fundraiser for Bullying/Cyber-Bullying Prevention and Support Groups at The Hamlet Golf & Country Club, Commack 6/16

Dinner Dance Invite Fundraiser  June 16  in Suffolk County, Long island, New York  is for the www.jamieisaacsfoundation.org  

 

We are raising funds for:

 Bullying/Cyber-Bullying Prevention Support Groups for ages 12-18

that I will be co-facilitating with 16 year old Jamie Isaacs, Founder of The Jamie Isaacs Foundation for Anti-Bullying Inc. and Anne Isaacs, President of The Jamie Isaacs Foundation.

 

Support groups beginning the end of June through July and August. Support groups will meet 1x per week for 2 hours.  Location TBA

 

Parents are welcome and encouraged to stay!!

Long Island Arts Council at Freeport Fundraiser; Link to donate

I am very proud to announce that the Long Island Arts Council at Freeport has selected me to receive one of the “Top 25 Advocates for the Arts Awards”.

 At a January 25th awards reception at the Bellmore Movies, I will be honored along with 24 other deserving colleagues who have demonstrated outstanding commitment to the advancement of the arts in our community.  As part of this event, I have set a personal goal to raise a minimum of $1,000.00 in donations for this worthy charitable organization that provides so many programs and services.

 Proceeds of this important event will benefit the Long Island Arts Council at Freeport, a non-profit organization which provides many programs and services. The Arts Council administers the High 5 Long Island (a program providing teenagers with $5 tickets to cultural events and special youth programming), presents concerts and exhibits, sponsors a juried photography show, donates musical instruments to schools in underserved communities, manages an international musical composition contest and much more.
