Allergies anyone?? the big sneeze..

My worst allergy week has passed or else I’ve gotten it under control with meds and supplements..who knows? who cares? I feel good and can move through everything. This evening’s Chinese take-out fortune says “writing is thinking on paper.” True for me, and all who blog and journal. I’m grateful to blogging- it gives me more “accountability” than jounaling~ and when I didn’t journal as much as I know I needed to- now there’s a double goal- professional inspiration + personal release. Another “thing” to be grateful for
